Insurance can be confusing. I am a preferred provider for a variety of insurance groups, including Medicare and Labor & Industry (Workman's Comp.) Coverages vary according to contract with all insurance groups, and of course, Medicare and Labor & Industries each have their own set of rules. My office staff is very good at answering insurance questions and explaining coverage issues. If you present Rachel (my wife) or Marla with your insurance card, either of them can usually tell you what your coverage is after making a phone call.
